Creating a contract

1. Go to organization settings / contracts

   

2. Create a new contract

3. Pull in the content from any existing contract you have into the editor

4. Click to Save ✅

Inserting dynamic data into a contract

Save time by setting up dynamic content inserts to apply information from your projects when sharing.

• Project Information
  • Insert dynamic project information that updates automatically. For example, selecting "Project City" will display the project's city (e.g., "Vancouver").
• Percentage Values $(%)
  • Insert a percentage that automatically calculates the dollar amount based on your project's total cost. For example, selecting "10%" will show "$10,000" if your project's total cost after taxes is $100,000.
