Resync and disconnect QuickBooks
Use resync when QuickBooks settings change in your accounting system. Disconnect when you want to stop syncing new activity.
Resync data
- Open Organization Settings.
- Go to QuickBooks under Accounting.
- In Sync Settings, select Resync Data.
Dave refreshes tax rates, chart of accounts, and company settings from QuickBooks. After resyncing, review your setup in Taxes and make sure invoices use a QB Synced rate. See Set up tax rates.
Disconnect QuickBooks
- Open Organization Settings.
- Go to QuickBooks under Accounting.
- In Disconnect Integration, select Disconnect QuickBooks.
- Confirm the disconnect.
What happens next
Resync updates the QuickBooks data Dave uses for future syncs. Disconnecting stops new invoices and payments from syncing, but data already synced to QuickBooks stays there. You can reconnect at any time.
