What is QuickBooks Sync?

QuickBooks Sync connects Dave to QuickBooks Online so you can run jobs in Dave and keep your books up to date without double entry.

What syncs automatically

Once connected, Dave syncs in near real time:

• Invoices you send from Dave
• Payments you record in Dave
• Clients you add in Dave

What you can import manually

From QuickBooks Integration settings, you can also bulk import:

• Clients from your QuickBooks customer list
• Products and services into your Dave Pricebook

What to know before you connect

• Dave supports QuickBooks Online only, not QuickBooks Desktop.
• For the most accurate books, record payments in Dave when possible.
• Invoices only sync tax to QuickBooks when you select a QB Synced tax rate on the invoice. Set up tax rates in Set up tax rates and resync after changing taxes in QuickBooks.
