Add photos and videos to a project

Use photos and videos for before-and-after records, progress updates, and details the crew needs to see.

Add existing media

1. Open the project’s Overview and choose its photo or upload action. From Home, choose Create → Add photos and select the project.
2. Choose the photos or videos from your device’s picker.
3. Confirm the selection and let the uploads finish.
4. Find the media in Logbook → Photos & Videos and open it to check the result.

Take photos on mobile

Open the project’s camera action. Allow camera access when prompted, take the photos you need, and return to the logbook. Use the video mode where available for a clip. For a narrated site visit, use AI Walkthrough if your business has it enabled.

If the upload is still pending

Keep a connection available and check the upload status. In the mobile app, Pending uploads shows work that is waiting or needs attention. Keep the original file until Dave confirms the upload. See Fix upload problems before retrying the same files.
