Find photos, files, and notes in the logbook
Open a project’s Overview and find its Logbook. This is the job record: photos and videos, uploaded files, notes, and the original request when a job came from your request form.
Find an item
- Choose All, Photos & Videos, Files, Notes, or Requests where those filters are available.
- Browse the dated entries or tiles and open an item to see its full contents.
- For photos or videos, use the viewer’s previous and next controls or swipe where supported. For a file, use the available preview or download action.
- Close the viewer to return to the logbook.
If you cannot find something, clear the filter and check that you opened the right project and business.
Add to the record
Use the project’s photo, note, or upload action. When creating from Home, choose the project that should receive the item. Wait for upload or save confirmation before leaving the workflow.
On mobile, an uploading item may show a progress placeholder. If it says Upload needs attention, open Pending uploads to review it rather than uploading a second copy immediately.
Sharing and editing
Being in a project’s logbook does not by itself mean a file has been sent to the customer. Share the intended document or item using its available sharing action. Check the recipient before sending.
Your team access controls whether you can change logbook entries. If you can view an item but cannot edit it, ask your admin to check your access.
