Set up your request form
Your request form collects an inquiry before it becomes a project. You can share the form’s public link or embed it on your business website.
Set up and publish
- Open Requests → Setup. If requests are not enabled yet, choose Set up and enable my form.
- Review the form title, intro text, default language, and confirmation message.
- Choose whether to require a service address and allow photo uploads.
- Review the questions you want customers to answer, such as budget or timing. Keep only the questions you need to assess a job.
- Save your changes and preview the form. Check its Published setting: Accepting new requests means the form is live.
- Open Share. Choose Copy link for a message or Copy embed code for your website editor.
Preview the result on a phone too. Your customer should be able to understand the questions without calling you first.
Pause new inquiries
Turn off the form’s Published setting and confirm Turn off form. The form stops accepting new submissions; this does not delete requests already in your inbox.
What happens next
New submissions appear in Requests. Review the inquiry and confirm the client before converting it into a lead project. A submitted request does not automatically mean you’ve accepted the job or sent an estimate.
